* Adds equality to `PrefixInfo` class
* Fixes parse error if external reference file path contains a space (`='C:\My Dir\[file.xlsx]Sheet'!A1`)
* `ExcelFormulaParser.SkipToRelevant` no longer skips references without a prefix.
